JEAN-BAPTISTE ALLIOT

Who is he? Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer at LaSource
Biography: Jean-Baptiste has worked in the sport industry for the past 10 years across multiple positions which lead him to drive the innovation strategy within UEFA and set up the UEFA Innovation Hub. Among his responsibilities as chief strategy officer at LaSource, he is now in charge of supporting sports organisations and LaSource’s partners to define and implement innovation strategies as well as strategic collaborations to drive value and access new business opportunities. He continues to closely follow start-ups, technology and trends in the sport world and provide LaSource’s start-ups with extensive knowledge and tailor made support. Finally, among his new responsibilities as Director of Vitality Hub for Paris&Co, he is now in charge of three innovation platforms in the areas of Sport (Le Tremplin), Health and food/nutrition while providing strategic services in the field of innovation.
MOTASEM ELBAWAB

Who is he? CIO at N3XT Sports & Head of Digital at Volleyball World
Biography: Motasem works between IT, application development and broadcast and several verticals: architecture, sports, organization, in-venue, statistics, and distribution.He bounces between the departments pretty frequently to make sure everybody has what they need to succeed. Elbawab helps companies engage with their audiences in exciting new ways across Mobile, Web, CRM and Social Media. Mostly focusing on Digital Marketing, Product Development and Data Expert focused on growth of audiences strategies.
TANYA FICKENSCHER

Who is she? Vice President & Deputy General Counsel at Major League Baseball
Biography: Tanya is Vice President & Deputy General Counsel for Major League Baseball. She joined MLB in 2015, and manages the Intellectual Property/Quality Control teams that are responsible for the maintenance and protection of MLB’s, and its 30 Major League Clubs’ and 120 Minor League Clubs’ global IP portfolios. Tanya began her legal profession in private practice and then joined Bristol-Myers Squibb, ultimately leading that organization’s Trademarks department. In 2011 was named head of the Trademarks department at Sandoz International global headquarters. Ms. Fickenscher earned a B.A. in English at Georgetown University (1993) and a J.D. at William and Mary Law School (1999). She has been an active member of the International Trademark Association, serving on numerous Committees over the last 15+ years. In addition, she currently co-Chairs the IP Subcommittee under the Sports Law Committee of the New York City Bar Association. She is also the proud mom of two teenaged boys.
KLAUS FILBRY

Who is he? CEO at SV Werder Bremen GmbH & Co KGaA
Biography: Klaus Filbry is a German football official and sports economist. He is CEO of Werder Bremen GmbH & Co. KGaA and he has appeared in public as the club boss. Previously, he had already worked for Werder for three years as Managing Director Marketing, Management and Finance. In addition to studying and working, Filbry was a footballer himself for many years. So he played in England for Wigan Athletic in the third division and also laced his football boots for the amateurs of FC Nürnberg and for Jahn Forchheim .
JAVIER LOZANO

Who is he? President at Liga Nacional Fútbol Sala (LNFS)
Biography: Javier is a retired futsal player and coach, and is currently the President of the Spanish Futsal League. In 1992 he became manager of the Spanish National Futsal Team and won the European Cup in 1996 as well as reaching the final of the World Cup that same year. Spain then went on to win the tournament in 2000. After his time managing Spain, he went on to work at Real Madrid and became their academy director. Since 2009 he has been President of the LNFS.
FIONA MORGAN

Who is she? Global Director of Purpose and Impact at SailGP
Biography: Fiona joined the global purpose-driven sports entertainment league SailGP last year with a mission to help make sustainability and inclusivity essential to the fabric of sport. Fiona is the mastermind of the SailGP Impact League – a world-first in sport which sees athletes race to win two podiums: one for sporting performance and one for the planet. The league champions authentic, committed, and impactful initiatives and rewards positive sustainability and social actions. Fiona has an exceptional track record of shaping social impact strategy, promoting gender equality and campaigns for some of the world’s most high-profile sports brands and talent. She was the driving force behind Sky’s corporate and social purpose team, The Bigger Picture, and led the Sky Ocean Rescue consumer campaign, which reached an awareness of over 50 million people across Europe and resulted in behavioral change among its customers towards plastics. Fiona is proud to be an Ambassador for Meaningful Business, a member of the Social Impact Committee Member for the British Paralympic Association, an advisory board member at 17 Sport, and Non-Executive Board Member of the Manchester Originals – a team in the new Hundred tournament shaking up and growing the game of cricket.

Who is she? CEO at Performance Delta LLC
Biography: Board certified physician and psychiatrist concentrated in the applied science of sleep. Her evidence based approach integrates individualized medical, psychiatric, and behavioral diagnosis and coaching to improve clients’ sleep health for their optimized physical and mental performance and enhanced health and quality of life.
