Senn Ferrero renews as Corporate Partner for WFS 2019

Senn Ferrero renews as Corporate Partner for WFS 2019 1280 570 World Football Summit

Senn, Ferrero, Asociados has renewed its agreement with World Football Summit and will be a Corporate Partner for WFS19.

SFA is a global leading firm specializing in Sport and Entertainment Law. It provides multidisciplinary services to top stakeholders, organizations, clubs and players worldwide and has collected some of the most prestigious awards across the industry.

SFA has been a partner for WFS since the first edition and has helped produce some of the most insightful panels during the previous years. In WFS18, the firm brought Ronaldo Nazario to the stage in order to explain his plans as new Chairman for Real Valladolid.

Julio Senn, founding partner of SFA and member of World Football Summit’s accessory board, played a key role in the long process that ended up with Ronaldo becoming the new owner of the Spanish club. They both met when Senn was Managing Director for Real Madrid.

“Senn Ferrero is a globally recognized firm in Sport Law. It’s synonymous with excellence and that’s exactly what we seek in a partner for World Football Summit. That’s why we are excited to have them on board. SFA teamed up with us from the very beginning of our project and have played a very important role in the growth of WFS”, explains Jan Alessie, Director of WFS.

“WFS has become a benchmark for the global sports industry and an event that you cannot miss. We are delighted to renew our partnership and looking forward to repeating the success of previous editions”, said Julio Senn.

The agreement with SFA comes in the right time. Tax law and and other legal issues have been at the heart of the debate in the industry during the past year and will remain so in the future. This will certainly be one of the main topics of discussion at #WFS19.

Apart from hosting a panel on the WFS Main Stage, this year Senn, Ferrero Asociados will also be organizing a legal workshop that will involve some of the most relevant legal experts in football.
