“Fabimar has a background in Economics and is CONMEBOL’s current Sustainability and Women’s Football Development, Manager.
She has worked for more than 18 years in both the public and private sectors, leading projects and implementing programs aiming to promote diversity, inclusion and sustainability.
At international level, she has managed various inclusion projects dedicated to women executives in the corporate world, while developing and empowering communities across Latin America and the Caribbean.
As Sustainability and Women‘s Football Development, Manager at CONMEBOL, Fabimar defines the south american strategy for the development of women’s football, and works to generate greater opportunities for girls to play football in the region, she believes in the positive social transformation that football can bring along. Also, through football, she promotes women’s potential in the various roles they cover on and off the pitch in the CONMEBOL region.
