With 12 years of experience in Compliance and more than 30 years of experience in commercial aviation. Graciela Garay holds two Compliance Officer certifications from “Ethics & Compliance Initiative (IAE)” and “Society of Certification in Compliance”. Between 2006 and 2008, she was president of the Paraguayan American Chamber of Commerce and the Pacto Ético Comercial of Paraguay. She was also founder member of the “ Global Compact” Paraguay Chapter. She was a university professor of professional ethics at the National University of Asunción.

Graciela Garay worked in multiple companies as an independent consultant and has participated in multiple civil associations advocating corporate formalization with an anti-corruption policy focus.

She currently holds the position of Ethics and Compliance Director of CONMEBOL since 2016.
