As a native of Schleswig-Holstein, he loves, with all his passion for projects, brands and companies, the sobriety and clarity with which one understands how to approach and master tasks here in the north. And after a total of 17 years of experience as a sports manager of what are probably the best handball clubs in Germany, THW-Kiel, SG Flensburg-Handewitt and Rhein-Neckar Löwen, he learned how important team play and optimism are and how to develop a culture of success together.

He likes to bring this knowledge and his network into projects and consulting mandates. He helps various teams from sport, business and the public sector to position themselves optimally and to be quick, clear and successful in marketing, sales, public relations and sponsoring.

He has been closely connected to handball since his youth and as a professional he was able to stand on the “record” himself. Here he gained important experience for his career as a sports manager. Today his company, FTS Concept GmbH, works closely with Sportfive, the Hamburg-based international sports rights marketer and its global network.
