Beatriz Álvarez Mesa is currently the President of Liga F since June 2022 and vice president of Spanish Football Federation. A former footballer for Oviedo Moderno, she was also the President of the club from July 16, 2009 until in September 2019, when she became the first woman to hold the position of General Director of Sports of Asturias in that province. Having played football since 12, she went through all the lower leagues with OM until reaching the first team in 2000, from which she retired at the age of 22. She later became a coach in the 2006/07 season, where she has held positions on the board of directors and on the sports commission of the club that created and promoted the Modern Oviedo Football School. Patricia Campos Doménech was the first woman in the Spanish Navy to pilot a jet. After leaving the Armed Forces in 2013, she pursued her lifelong passion for football, becoming a certified coach in the United States. While in the U.S., she traveled to Uganda with just a football and a pair of boots, using the sport to support children and women affected by HIV/AIDS. She continues to visit Uganda, coaching amateur teams and empowering communities through sports. In 2018, she founded Goals for Freedom, an NGO promoting values through football in Valencia and Uganda. Patricia has also worked as a commentator for A Punt, covering major football competitions. Sofia Oliva Teles is a Board Member at the Portuguese FA. Prior to that she was Competitions and Sports Director at Associação de Futebol do Porto (2020-2025), where she managed all football and futsal competitions in Porto District and was also responsible for developing women’s football and increasing girl participation in its clubs and competitions.
Previously, she was Head of Women’s Football at Sporting Clube de Braga (2017-2020). Galder Reguera (Bilbao, 1975) holds a degree in Philosophy from the University of Deusto and works as Director of Strategy and Operations at the Athletic Club Foundation, where he has been the leading figure in its project since 2008. As part of his work, he directs two festivals: one focused on literature (Letras y Fútbol) and another on film (Thinking Football Film Festival), considered one of the best football film festivals in the world. He has also spearheaded the launch of a significant social project. He is the author of about ten books, both essays and fiction. Notable among them are the novels Hijos del fútbol (2018), Libro de familia (2020), and Vida y obra (2024), all published by Seix Barral. After 9 years working at PwC, I began my career in football in 2014 as Finance and HR Manager at SD Eibar. In 2016, I was promoted to General Manager of SD Eibar, a position I held until 2019, when I decided to conclude my time at the club and embark on a new challenge as CEO of Elche CF.In 2020, I was elected Vice-President of LaLiga, and in February 2021, I decided to make another career shift, taking on the role of CEO at Granada CF, a position I held until June 2022.Currently, I work as an advisor for various clubs and leagues through my own company, Bare. I collaborate on projects with the sports-tech startup accelerator Sportboost and serve as a member of the Advisory Board for the World Football Summit (WFS), the Spanish Association of Sports Marketing, and the Economic Control Commission of ACB. I also teach in various sports management programs.

I was born on February 19, 2004. As a child, I tried almost every sport, but my main discipline was rhythmic gymnastics. On June 15, 2017, I underwent surgery and suffered a spinal cord injury that left me bedridden for three months, unable to move from the neck down. Little by little, I recovered until I was able to alternate between walking and using a wheelchair.
During that process, I did a lot of rehabilitation and found my club, Zuzenak. At first, I was very reluctant to try wheelchair basketball, but after a year and thanks to my teammates, I gave it a chance and loved it. That same year, in 2019, I started training with the national team and dedicating many hours to it. Since then, I have tried other sports, but this one is undoubtedly my favorite.

My name is Arantzazu Rojo, I live in Hondarribia, I am 54 years old. I have a daughter   20 and a son  16. I have a degree in Sociology and also in Anthropology. Ive been working several year  as the person responsible for communication and institutional relations for the Behobia San Sebastián Race. I have been a member of the Basque Sports Council since 2009 and I currently work as an internationalisation advisor in the sports and physical activity department of the Basque Government.

Maider Unda is a former professional athlete from Spain, born on February 2, 1982, in the Basque Country. She is best known for her accomplishments in wrestling, particularly in the women’s freestyle category. Unda began her wrestling career at a young age and quickly rose through the ranks, showcasing her talent and determination.
