Klaus Filbry is a German football official and sports economist. He is CEO of Werder Bremen GmbH & Co. KGaA and he has appeared in public as the club boss. Previously, he had already worked for Werder for three years as Managing Director Marketing, Management and Finance. In addition to studying and working, Filbry was a footballer himself for many years. So he played in England for Wigan Athletic in the third division and also laced his football boots for the amateurs of FC Nürnberg and for Jahn Forchheim.
