The Content & Program Department at World Football Summit is responsible for designing and curating the content strategy for all WFS events worldwide. This includes planning the agenda, selecting relevant topics, coordinating with industry-leading speakers and partners, and ensuring that each event addresses the most pressing issues in the global football industry.
In addition to event programming, the department also oversees:
- Media relations, ensuring WFS maintains strong visibility in sports and business media.
- Newsletter communications, keeping the global WFS community informed and engaged.
- Podcast production, offering insights, interviews, and thought leadership through the official WFS audio platform.
This area plays a strategic role in positioning WFS as the premier platform for discussion, innovation, and business development in the football industry.
Marketing
The Marketing Department at World Football Summit plays a critical role in building the global presence of WFS as the leading platform for the football industry. Its mission is to amplify the brand, engage the community, and drive participation across all WFS events, products, and digital channels.
The department is responsible for:
- Developing and executing the global marketing strategy across B2B and B2C audiences.
- Managing the brand identity and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Planning and running digital campaigns, including email marketing, paid media, social media, and SEO.
- Coordinating event promotion to attract top-tier attendees, sponsors, and media partners.
- Creating and distributing content marketing assets, including articles, infographics, videos, and social posts.
- Supporting lead generation and CRM efforts to nurture partnerships and sales.
- Collaborating with other departments to align messaging and maximize impact.
Through data-driven strategies and creative storytelling, the Marketing team enhances the visibility of WFS and strengthens its position as a catalyst for innovation and business in the global football ecosystem.
Sales & Market Growth
The Sales & Market Growth Department at World Football Summit leads the expansion of WFS’s global footprint by developing strategic partnerships, securing sponsorships, and driving commercial opportunities across all events and platforms. This area is responsible for identifying growth markets, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in the football industry, and aligning commercial strategies with the long-term vision of the company.
Its responsibilities include:
- Generating new business and revenue streams through partnerships and sponsorships.
- Building relationships with decision-makers, brands, and institutions in the sports industry.
- Designing tailored commercial packages and experiences for clients.
- Exploring new territories, verticals, and communities where WFS can grow and add value.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Content, and Operations to deliver outstanding partner outcomes.
Through a relationship-driven and insights-led approach, this department ensures WFS continues to scale sustainably and lead the conversation in the global football business landscape.
Production & Loyalty
The Production Department at World Football Summit is responsible for the end-to-end execution of all WFS events and experiences, ensuring that every touchpoint meets the highest standards of quality, creativity, and operational excellence.
This team leads the planning, coordination, and on-site delivery of all logistical and technical elements involved in each event, including venue management, audiovisual setup, staging, signage, and supplier coordination. It plays a key role in transforming WFS concepts and content into unforgettable live and digital experiences.
Main responsibilities include:
- Managing event timelines, budgets, and supplier relationships.
- Coordinating logistics for speakers, partners, attendees, and staff.
- Overseeing venue contracts, layouts, and infrastructure needs.
- Ensuring flawless technical execution (sound, lighting, streaming, etc.).
- Guaranteeing brand consistency across all physical and digital production elements.
With a sharp focus on experience design and operational excellence, the Production team ensures that WFS delivers world-class events that inspire and connect the global football industry. The Loyalty Department at World Football Summit focuses on nurturing long-term relationships with the WFS community, creating meaningful connections with attendees, partners, and stakeholders beyond the event experience.
Its mission is to transform every WFS interaction into an ongoing relationship by designing value-added programs that foster trust, retention, and engagement.
Main responsibilities include:
- Designing and managing loyalty programs for attendees, partners, and VIPs.
- Creating exclusive content, experiences, and networking opportunities for repeat participants.
- Monitoring satisfaction and post-event feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinating community-building initiatives throughout the year.
- Supporting CRM strategies and segmentation to personalize communication and offerings.

- Managing accounts payable and receivable, banking, and treasury.
