In collaboration with the World Freestyle Football Association (WFFA), World Football Summit has organized the #WFSFreestyleChallenge contest, where you and your company could win signed jerseys or tickets to World Football Summit. Here you can find the terms and conditions of the contest.
Organizers: The #WFSFreestyleChallenge contest is jointly organized by World Football Summit (WFS) and World Freestyle Football Association (WFFA), hereinafter referred to as “the Organizers.”
Participation: To participate, you must be affiliated with a company involved in the football industry in some capacity. Record and publish a video on your Instagram or TikTok account performing a freestyle football around the world, as explained in the video tutorial posted on our social media. Participants must use the hashtag #WFSFreestyleChallenge and tag the accounts of WFS and WFFA in the post, in addition to nominating another company to continue the challenge.
Duration: The contest begins on Friday, May 3rd, and ends on Friday, May 24th, 2024.
Prizes: Four prizes will be awarded to four different winners, who will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by the Organizers based on style and creative merits. The prizes will be:
- 2 tickets to any WFS event in 2024 to be selected by the winner.
- A signed Juventus C.F. jersey
- A signed Cruz Azul F.C. jersey
- A signed Borussia Dortmund jersey.
The Organizers are not responsible if winners decide to resell the signed jerseys received as prizes. The prizes are strictly for personal use and any resale activity will be solely the responsibility of the winner.
To be considered in case of winning: The Organizers will not be responsible for any costs associated with international shipping of prizes. The contest is open to participants from all countries of the world. However, in the event that a selected winner resides outside of Spain, they will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the signed jersey to their location.
In case of winning the ticket to attend the World Football Summit, participation in the event is subject to the availability of capacity. In the event that the event reaches its maximum capacity and it is not possible to register more attendees, the Organizers reserve the right to deny the winner’s participation in said event.
Collection of Winner’s Data: Winners of the contest will be subject to the collection of certain personal data, including, but not limited to, names, email addresses, and postal addresses, for the purpose of prize delivery. By participating in the contest, participants agree that the Organizers may collect and use this data for the aforementioned purpose.
Announcement of Winners: The winners will be announced on May 24th, 2024, through the Organizers’ social media channels. That includes World Football Summit’s Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, as well as World Freestyle Football Association’s Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Use of Content: By participating in the contest, participants grant WFS the right to use and share their video on the Organizers’ channels, including but not limited to social media, websites, and promotional materials. Participants will retain ownership of their content.
Responsibility: Participants are responsible for ensuring that their video complies with LinkedIn, Instagram, or TikTok guidelines and does not infringe on copyright or other third-party rights. The Organizers will not be responsible for the content shared by participants.
Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the contest implies acceptance of these terms and conditions in their entirety.
Modifications: The Organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time, at their sole discretion, without prior notice.
