Ronaldo will be joined on stage by   Matthieu   Fenaert,  the man he recently appointed as new CEO. The Brazilian ex-footballer will review his first year at the helm of the club, in which he achieved the first fundamental goal of his ambitious long-term project: avoiding relegation and maintaining the club in the top flight of LaLiga.

The leader talks about his transition from the pitch to a managing position and will explain the main challenges he has had to overcome both personally and institutionally during this first year.

He will explain how he found the club when he arrived and how he approached the necessary transformation and at what point the process stands at the moment.

Ronaldo and Fenaert will outline the main lines of the new management philosophy they have implemented since their arrival. Modern management based on the concepts of   “competitiveness,   transparency, revolution and social”, as explained last year in WFS18, in which he participated a few days after taking office.

With this philosophy, Ronaldo and the managing team he has been putting together during the last few months, plan to transform Valladolid into an international club that can compete in the global market and aspire to be in major continental competitions.

This new way of working has already produced some tangible results. Some of the most important international brands have come to the club, which has undertaken a process of transformation of the José Zorrilla stadium and plans a new sports city. In addition, in this second season, it has already beaten the historical record of season-ticket holders.

Ronaldo joins the long list of personalities who will participate in this fourth edition of WFS, in which more than 120 decision-makers will speak and where over 2,000 attendees are expected.   Among   the   confirmed   speakers   are   Peter Moore, CEO of Liverpool; Javier Tebas, president of LaLiga; Miguel Ángel Gil Marín,   CEO   of   Atlético   de  Madrid;   Emilio   García,   head   of   FIFA’s   legal department; Charlie Marshall, general manager of ECA, and executives of brands   such   as   Amazon,   Alipay,   Budweiser,   DAZN,   Facebook,  Banco Santander and Rakuten.
