Beatriz Álvarez Mesa is currently the President of Liga F since June 2022 and vice president of Spanish Football Federation. A former footballer for Oviedo Moderno, she was also the President of the club from July 16, 2009 until in September 2019, when she became the first woman to hold the position of General Director of Sports of Asturias in that province. Having played football since 12, she went through all the lower leagues with OM until reaching the first team in 2000, from which she retired at the age of 22.

Jennie Joseph is a British-trained midwife who fights to ensure every person has their healthiest possible pregnancy, birth and postpartum experience with dignity and support. Jennie created The JJ Way® which is an evidence-based, maternity care model delivering patient-centered, culturally-congruent care to people in what she calls ‘materno-toxic zones’ in the USA.

Telecommunication engineer from Bilbao School of Engineering by the University of the Basque Country, Executive Master’s Degree in Business Management and Administration by the University of Barcelona, Master’s Degree on Gender Equality from the International University of Valencia, Nerea Ortiz has developed its professional activity in the area of the engineering, consulting and the management of science. In 2023 she was professionally recognized with the Green Science Talent Award, by Media-Attack.

Professional soccer player, currently playing for FC Barcelona; and captain of the Spanish national soccer team.

Christina has helped female players to build their commercial value off pitch. She is passionate about the pay disparity and uses her skill set to help them monetise and create legacy so that the players she works with can set themselves up for a comfortable retirement. She has excelled in growing the social media presence of her clients.
